  The UAE government has eliminated over 400 mosquito breeding sites as part of an anti-dengue campaign. This was done through specialized teams that inspected for and destroyed any locations where mosquitoes could breed. Advanced GPS technology was used to map out mosquito sites so they could be identified and treated. An insect lab was also set up to analyze mosquito samples and test the effectiveness of pesticides.   In addition to eliminating breeding grounds, the authorities conducted educational campaigns to raise awareness among the public about dengue prevention.   Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is scheduled to visit the United Arab Emirates UAE in the upcoming weeks, with key discussions focusing on investment opportunities across various sectors, Pakistan’s financial issues, and the pending payment related to PTCL.  This visit follows recommendations from Pakistan's Finance Ministry for the creation of a Joint Investment Fund.   UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed has been awarded the first ever Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) Global Humanitarian Personality Award in recognition of his decades of humanitarian leadership and efforts to aid vulnerable communities worldwide.  The award was presented to Sheikh Mohamed at PAM's 18th Plenary Session held in Braga, Portugal.
