UAE Hosts Major Global Events in February 2025

 


In February 2025, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is set to host a series of significant international events, reinforcing its status as a global center for conferences and exhibitions. These gatherings will attract experts, leaders, and participants from around the world, highlighting the UAE's commitment to fostering global collaboration across various sectors.


One of the key events is the World Governments Summit, scheduled from February 11 to 13 in Dubai. This summit will bring together government officials, policymakers, and thought leaders to discuss pressing global issues and share innovative solutions for governance. 


On February 6 and 7, Dubai will also host the Cities in Action Forum 2025 at Expo City Dubai. This forum aims to drive sustainable urban development by offering plenary sessions, workshops, exhibitions, and guided tours showcasing innovative urban solutions. 


The International Defence Conference 2025 is set to take place on February 16 at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi. Organized in partnership with the UAE Ministry of Defence, this conference will gather global experts and industry leaders to discuss advancements and collaborations in the defense sector. 


Following the conference, the International Defence Exhibition (IDEX) and Naval Defence Exhibition (NAVDEX) 2025 will be held from February 17 to 21 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. These exhibitions are expected to be the largest in their history, showcasing the latest in defense technology and equipment. 


Additionally, the Gulf Franchise Expo is scheduled for February 15 in Abu Dhabi. This event will serve as a platform for franchisors and investors to explore opportunities and expand their business networks within the Gulf region. 


These events underscore the UAE's role as a pivotal hub for international conferences and exhibitions, reflecting its strategic vision to promote knowledge exchange, innovation, and sustainable development across various industries.
