UAE Leaders Congratulate Pakistan on Independence Day

The top leaders of the UAE congratulated Pakistan on its 77th Independence Day. UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed both sent warm greetings to Pakistan's President Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. 


In his message, the UAE President praised the strong fraternal bonds and cooperation between the two countries. He wished the government and people of Pakistan continued progress and prosperity. The Crown Prince also conveyed best wishes on the occasion and lauded the deep historical ties between the brotherly nations.


The exchange of congratulatory messages highlighted the close friendship shared by the UAE and Pakistan. Leaders from both sides have nurtured the relationship through regular high-level interactions. Pakistan sees the UAE as an important strategic partner in the Gulf region.


The UAE is a major trading partner and investor in Pakistan's economy. Both nations work together on infrastructure, transport, energy and development projects. Cultural and people-to-people links have also strengthened as thousands of Pakistanis live and work in the UAE.


The messages from top UAE leadership reinforced support to Pakistan's sovereignty and stability on its Independence Day. It reflected the importance placed on the bilateral partnership. UAE firmly stands by Pakistan in times of need as seen by past financial assistance during economic crises. 


As the year 2047 approaches marking 100 years of Pakistan's independence, the support and goodwill of friendly countries like UAE will remain significant for the country's continued progress. Strong Gulf ties augment Pakistan's stature and interests in the Muslim world.t

Strengthening China UAE Ties through Joint Cooperation on the Belt and Road Initiative

China and the United Arab Emirates want to strengthen their cooperation on China's Belt and Road Initiative BRI. The BRI aims to improve connectivity and cooperation between Eurasian countries. Chinese Vice President Wang Qishan recently met with UAE Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in Dubai.
